Sidney King

Coach King is a Native of St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from University of Memphis in 2016 with her Bachelor's in Education. She has been with Lift for Life Academy for three years. During her first two years with the program she started as assistant and assumed the position as head coach mid season. This year will be her inaugural season. |

Assistant Varsity Coach
Kwanisha Carroll-Quarles

Coach Quarles is a native of Belleville, Illinois. A 2020 graduate of Jefferson College where she was a middle blocker and earned her Associate's degree. During her time at Jefferson College she was Top-20 in the Nation for blocks, one of the players that lead the team in kills, and First Team All Region. In her offseason she assisted her coach at a local volleyball club. After graduating, she finished her last two years at Alcorn State University. Her Junior year was a Covid year and her Senior year she redshirted due to an injury. She graduated with her Bachelor's in English Literature in 2022. During her gap year she volunteer coached with a local Volleyball Club. This will be her first year with Lift for Life Academy Athletics. |
