Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! As we prepare for the upcoming school year, I am thrilled to share some exciting news and updates with you.

 

First and foremost, I am excited to continue learning and growing with our amazing middle school students and families at Lift For Life Academy. It is with great enthusiasm that I announce my transition into the role of Principal. Over the past several years, we have witnessed significant improvements in our school culture and measurable gains in student learning. I am eager to continue this positive trajectory.

 

This year, we are committed to providing hands-on learning opportunities for our students to ensure they are engaged and actively participating in their learning. We are also increasing opportunities for parents to be involved in the school community and their children's learning experiences. Your engagement as parents and guardians is invaluable, and we look forward to working closely with you.

I am pleased to introduce our new Dean of Culture, Coach Porter. He will play a pivotal role in maintaining high expectations for our students. Coach Porter will also be planning exciting incentives for students who meet these expectations as part of fostering a positive and motivating learning environment for students.

We also recognize the importance of effective communication and will be increasing our efforts in this area. It is essential for parents to check emails regularly for school communications in order to stay informed about important updates and events.

 

In 2023-2024, we saw a notable increases in test scores following the adoption of new curricula and skill-based student groupings. We are committed to continuing this progress by providing intentional interventions to support ongoing academic improvement for all students.

We are excited about the possibilities this school year holds and look forward to a successful and enriching year for our students. Thank you for your continued support and partnership in making Lift For Life Academy a place where students thrive.
