Dear Lift For Life Academy Elementary Families,
Welcome to a new school year! I am honored to serve as the Principal of Lift For Life Academy Elementary and excited to partner with you in creating an exceptional experience for every child.
My journey in education began in 2012 as a Special Education Paraprofessional. Since then, I have served as a classroom teacher, Dean of Students, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and Middle School Principal. Each role has reinforced one belief: strong schools are built through meaningful relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to helping every child succeed.
At Lift For Life Academy Elementary, our theme this year is Proud to Be THE LIFT. We are committed to creating a joyful, culturally affirming school community where students feel safe, challenged, and inspired to learn each day. We believe every child deserves to be seen, celebrated, and empowered to reach their full potential.
My mission is to create a school culture where every scholar feels seen, valued, challenged, and empowered to discover that learning can take them further than they ever imagined. Through books, curiosity, and meaningful experiences, every child will see that their future has no limits.
This year, our work will center around three key priorities:
- Attendance: We are committed to ensuring 90% of our scholars attend school at least 90% of the time because consistent attendance is the foundation for academic success.
- Family Partnerships: We believe strong schools are built with strong families. We are committed to connecting with, supporting, and partnering with parents every step of the way.
- Literacy: We are fostering a love of reading by creating engaging literacy experiences that build strong readers, curious learners, and confident thinkers.
