About Gina Wischmeyer
Gina Wischmeyer has been a volunteer at LFLA for 10 years. She started by getting books for the library, then she led reading groups with middle school students. She has served on several board committees, currently the Executive Committee and Education Committees.
Before LFLA, Gina was assistant director at The College School of Webster Groves.
Her husband, Bill, is an architect, and their daughter, Annie, is assistant curator for the Hunter College Art Galleries in New York City.
Gina’s hobbies include bookbinding; being a sous chef for Demitasse, an underground dining experience; volunteering at Fair Shares, a combined community supported agriculture organization; volunteering at the Missouri Botanical Garden, Litzinger Road Ecology Center and Shaw Nature Reserve; and mentoring for Discovering Options.
